Our principle
We want library owners to subscribe because the platform genuinely helps — not because they're stuck with us. If you've paid and you're unhappy, talk to us. We will almost always find the right outcome.
Free trial first, always
Every new library starts with a free trial period. You can explore the full owner dashboard, add students, run attendance, and test announcements before paying anything. We strongly recommend completing the trial before you upgrade.
When you're eligible for a refund
- 7-day money-back: Full refund if you request within 7 days of your first paid charge, for any reason.
- Major service failure: Pro-rated refund if a critical feature is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault.
- Duplicate or wrong charge: Full refund of the duplicate amount, processed on priority.
When refunds don't apply
- Renewal charges after the 7-day window — though you can cancel future renewals any time.
- Partial-month usage after the first billing cycle.
- Charges where the library owner violated our Terms of Service.
- Fees collected by you from your students — those are between you and your students, not us.
How to request a refund
Email billing@mylibraryapp.in from the email associated with your library account. Include:
- Your library name and library code.
- Order ID or transaction reference.
- A short note on what went wrong — it helps us improve.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI and card refunds usually arrive faster than netbanking.
We answer every email. Personally.
This is a young company built by a small team. If anything here is unclear, ambiguous, or you just want to talk to a human — write to us.
